Availability, communication and professional service require an investment of time and resources. We have taken into consideration the value of service and cost of doing business to offer fair fees to all couples. The following agreements and service fees are for Ministers Phillip & Gwen Waring.
PHILLIP OR GWEN GOLD PACKAGE – $350
This package includes a complimentary consultation in person or by telephone. It helps us get acquainted. We will discuss our ceremony outline to get started and listen to your ideas (and take copious notes) so everyone is comfortable. In fact, we can meet, call, text or email as many times as necessary.
If your venue or DJ do not provide a sound system, we will gladly bring our portable Roland system and microphone. Your Maricopa County Marriage License will be hand-delivered and personally recorded (others will be sent by first class mail). Our pledge is on time arrival, proper attire, and a hassle-free experience that we hope exceeds your expectations. When it comes to service, we practice The Golden Rule.
PHILLIP OR GWEN PLATINUM PACKAGE – $450
This package includes everything from the Gold Package, plus we will make an additional trip to your ceremony site to conduct the wedding rehearsal. This service is especially valuable if you have not hired a professional wedding coordinator or your ceremony site does not provide rehearsal leadership.
PHILLIP OR GWEN VOW RENEWAL PACKAGE – $300
We help you plan the appropriate Vow Renewal Ceremony by telephone and provide a commemorative certificate.
